One service, one page, one intent
Each of the six services became its own page built around the questions people actually search: what is required, what it costs, how long it takes and what happens if the deadline is missed.
Finance & Accounting
An accounting and compliance firm serving startups and growing businesses was winning work on referral but invisible to anyone searching for its services.
The challenge
Compliance work is bought at the moment a deadline appears. Someone searching for help with a filing, a registration or a loan application is ready to hire immediately - but only finds firms that have a page answering that specific question.
The practice offered six distinct services: business startup, accounting, taxation, import-export, insurance and loans. All six lived on a single page, which meant none of them ranked and visitors could not tell which was the firm's strength.
The approach
Each of the six services became its own page built around the questions people actually search: what is required, what it costs, how long it takes and what happens if the deadline is missed.
Compliance is bought from a person, not a firm. Putting the adviser's face, credentials and direct contact on the page removed the anonymity that makes people hesitate.
An editorial calendar built around the filing calendar, so the content is published when people are searching for it rather than whenever it was written.
Phone and WhatsApp on every service page, because a compliance question under time pressure will not survive a contact form and a wait.
Results
We used to depend entirely on referrals. Now a real share of new clients find us the week their deadline appears.

A construction company with strong residential work wanted to be taken seriously for commercial and industrial contracts. The website was the weakest link in that pitch.
A freight forwarding and customs clearance business needed its four service lines to be understood by shippers who do not speak logistics jargon.
