Senior engineers only
Everybody on your project has shipped production software for at least five years. There is no junior pool behind the pitch deck.
About us
Orange Orbits started in 2025 with a narrow conviction: most agency work fails not because the code is bad, but because nobody established what the software was supposed to achieve. We have built the company around fixing that first.
Our story
We ask why before we ask what. It slows the first two weeks of every engagement and it has saved our clients more money than any other thing we do.
The pattern that started the company is one we still see constantly. A business asks for a redesign. Three months and $40,000 later they have a better-looking site and the same conversion rate, because the problem was never the design - it was that the site answered questions nobody was asking.
So we built an agency where discovery is not a formality. Before a designer opens Figma, we want to know which number is underperforming, who the visitor is, what they are comparing you against, and what has to be true for them to act. Sometimes that process concludes that you do not need what you came in asking for. We tell you that.
Today we are a team of senior engineers, designers and marketers serving businesses across the United States - clinics, contractors, freight forwarders, retailers and software companies. We work remotely, on US business hours, and we hand over everything we build.
How we operate
Everybody on your project has shipped production software for at least five years. There is no junior pool behind the pitch deck.
Your team overlaps a minimum of five hours with your business day, every working day, with a shared Slack channel.
Repositories, cloud accounts, domains, design files, documentation. No proprietary framework, no hostage situation.
We agree the metrics before we start - conversions, load time, pipeline - and report against them at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Semantic markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals and crawl architecture are part of the build, not a later retainer.
96% of our clients stay past the first engagement, because the people who built your system are still there to maintain it.
Values
Every agency claims transparency and quality. Here is what those words translate to in our contracts.
If the deadline is not achievable, the budget does not cover the scope, or the idea has a flaw - you hear it in week one, not week nine. Late honesty is just a more expensive form of dishonesty.
We would rather lose a pitch on price than win it on a number we know is fiction. Our estimates include the integration work and the QA that low bids quietly omit.
Documented code, conventional patterns, no clever abstractions that only make sense to the author. Your next developer should be productive in a week.
Opinions about design and performance are cheap. We instrument what we build so the next decision is settled by data rather than seniority.
You own the repositories, the cloud accounts, the domains and the design files. If you want to take it in-house or move to another agency, nothing stops you.
Launch is the midpoint, not the finish. The version that goes live is never the version that performs best, and we plan for the iteration that follows.
Working with us
No account manager relaying messages. No monthly status deck that says "on track" four weeks running. You talk to the people building your software.

Patients arrive already understanding the procedure. The consultation now starts at the question they actually care about instead of the first ten minutes of explanation.
We stopped explaining that we do commercial work. People now arrive at the call already knowing, and the conversation starts at scope instead of credentials.
Enquiries now come in with the lane, the commodity and the incoterm already specified. That alone cut a full email round-trip from every quote.
Buyers now arrive quoting our GSM range back to us. That conversation used to take two emails before it even started.
We used to depend entirely on referrals. Now a real share of new clients find us the week their deadline appears.
Prospects mention the site speed on the first call. It sets the standard before we have said anything.
Book a 45-minute call. We will ask about your goals, your constraints and your timeline, then send a written recommendation with real numbers. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you who is.
