One page per service line
Freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation and DGFT consulting each got a page covering scope, documentation, typical timelines and the questions shippers ask on a first call.
Logistics & Supply Chain
A freight forwarding and customs clearance business needed its four service lines to be understood by shippers who do not speak logistics jargon.
The challenge
Freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation and trade-policy consulting are four genuinely different services sold to overlapping buyers. The previous site presented them as an undifferentiated list, so visitors could not tell whether the company handled their specific problem.
Shippers comparing forwarders want to know three things quickly: do you handle my lane, do you handle my commodity, and can I trust you with the paperwork. None of those questions were answered above the fold.
The approach
Freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation and DGFT consulting each got a page covering scope, documentation, typical timelines and the questions shippers ask on a first call.
Global partner count, shipments delivered, client count and support coverage were placed high on the page - the concrete signals a cargo owner actually weighs.
A short quote request captures origin, destination, commodity and incoterm, which lets the operations team respond with a real number rather than a discovery email.
GA4 and Tag Manager were configured so the team can see which service pages and which channels produce quote requests that convert into bookings.
Results
Enquiries now come in with the lane, the commodity and the incoterm already specified. That alone cut a full email round-trip from every quote.

More work
A specialist endoscopic spine surgery practice needed a website that explained complex procedures to anxious patients and made booking a consultation effortless.
A construction company with strong residential work wanted to be taken seriously for commercial and industrial contracts. The website was the weakest link in that pitch.
A day spa needed a website that conveyed the experience it sells while making it trivially easy to book a treatment from a phone.
